David Fredrick, Director

David Fredrick is Associate Professor of Classical Studies and Director of Humanities at the University of Arkansas. He has published on Roman architecture, wall painting, and poetry, including the edited volume, The Roman Gaze: Vision, Power, and the Body. His primary responsibility in the project is the creation of 3D content in Cinema 4D and lighting/baking in Unity.

Jasmine Merced, Database Development

Jasmine Merced is a Masters candidate in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies at the University of Arkansas. She is currently working on a Masters thesis which explores the spatial distribution of erotic painting in Pompeii. She has extensive experience in the private sector in database development and IT support, and is data architect and interface developer for the Digital Pompeii Database.

Keenan Cole

Keenan Cole is a research assistant for the Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies at the University of Arkansas. For his honors thesis in Classical Studies he laser scanned the Greek and Roman vase collection of the University of Arkansas, textured the scans, and created a searchable online catalog for the collection (LINK). Keenan also has significant experience in database and IT support, and is responsible for the design and coding of the Unity/web page interface.
